I thought John McCain did pretty good at tonight's debate.� He landed quite a few� punches, and it looked like he got under Obama's skin a couple of times.� McCain appeared to be having more fun than at the previous deadly boring debates.�

Also for what it's worth, my husband - a staunch Democrat who hails from the Midwest - announced last week that he had made up his mind on who he would vote for president. It was driving me crazy that he took so long (how could anyone in good conscience vote for a Socialist/Communist to be president of the United States of America??).� In the end, Husband said there were three reasons he didn't like Obama and would vote for McCain:

• Obama hasn't done anything in his short career in the Senate, he's too green to be president;



• Obama is vague and talks in meaningless platitudes; and



• Husband doesn't believe that Obama is telling the truth, he finds Obama to be inauthentic.

I'm hoping that this is indicative of what many Americans (including many Democrats) really think too.

There are so many places.. So many people. Right now I am definitely a bit stuck. Of course everything takes time, but my feelings are the one thing I really enjoy and take pride about feeling sure of. Hmm, well. This is my first journal entry, I donapos;t expect i shall ever write very much about myself or my day/ life as who would what to read about a random strangers life?
Anyway, i recently joined this community because i like to write as well as read other peoples work. I have accounts on both fanfiction(fiercekoinu) and fictionpress(articflower), as well as on deviantart(assassins-son). (oh dear, that makes me sounds pathetic.) I enjoy writing both mhy own stories and fanfictions as well as draw. I tend to draw sketchs of my charcters mostly, but also the characters of friends or people who ask me.
In the future (most likely the very near future) i shall begin posting some of my writing. Probably starting with a fanfiction based off Final fantasy VII.
I might as well warn you now that i can not spell very well at all and i often make mistakes that i donapos;t catch (grammatical and spelling, as well as skipping some words in a sentence) so if you notice this donapos;t hestitate to tell me. I have stories iapos;ve edited 7 times over and still have found mistakes from the first draph.
